Webinar

Preparation
Before the training starts, we will do a quick webinar to get to know each other and the course programme. You will also receive a simple personal assignment. In addition, you can ask questions and tell us about your goals, so we can make the training as personal as possible.

Day 1: knowledge day

Deep dive
In the morning we dive deep into the psychology of strategic storytelling: the difference between informing and inspiring, how storytelling moves people and how to get a message across. You will learn which guiding principles provide your story with impact.
Training & feedback
In the afternoon we will work with these guiding principles through targeted exercises. We will work in small groups, so that you will receive personal coaching and peer-to-peer feedback.

Day 2: storytelling day

Storytelling framework
Day 2 is all about the story. You will get a practical framework for strategic storytelling with many examples of applications in film and stories. You will also learn to recognize the framework in government, corporate and commercial storytelling.
Training & feedback
Through training and peer-to-peer feedback, you will learn to use the framework for your own storytelling, so that you can present your personal or organizational mission in an inspiring and compelling way. Here too, we work in small groups, so that you receive a lot of personal attention and feedback.
Handbook
At the end of the training you will receive a practical manual with which you can choose the right strategic approach for every story from now on.
