Use this form to cancel your booking. Let us know if we can offer you an alternative training date! We'll answer your request within 2 working days.
If you cancel a booking, the following applies:
- up to 30 days: 100% refund
- 15-29 days: 50% refund
- 14 days or less: no refund
These are calendar days between the start date for the training and the cancellation date. Can we move you to another available date? Then, no cancellation costs apply. So don't forget to mention this when you put in your cancellation request!
If a training is cancelled by us, we will refund the full amount that you paid. For more information, check our General Terms.
Depending on your country's tax system, training costs incurred in the interest of your business or company are likely to be fully deductible. This includes costs for: registration, study books, study materials and other mandatory materials. In the Netherlands, additional travel and accommodation costs to a maximum of €1,500 may also be deducted. VAT is also fully deductible. Read more: Dutch taxes | Belgian taxes.
